We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Florly.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@florly.eu. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we cover the cost of the return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, our grip socks cannot be returned if they have been worn, used, or washed, or if the hygiene seal or original packaging has been opened or removed. To be eligible for a return, socks must be unworn, in their original unopened packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items, personalized or custom products, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (for example, an email to contact@florly.eu) before the 14-day period expires.

Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the price of the item(s) together with the original standard delivery cost (any extra cost for a non-standard or express delivery option you chose is not refunded). We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earliest.

United States

For orders shipped within the United States, the same 14-day return window described above applies. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 25 business days.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
