Below you'll find everything you need to know about order processing, shipping times, tracking, and international deliveries.
Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 17:00 CET are processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 17:00 CET, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship to:
• The Netherlands
• All European Union countries
• The United Kingdom
• The United States
If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not offer shipping to that destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
You'll always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, and busy periods.

Personalized Products
Some Florly products can be personalized.
Personalized items may require additional production time before shipment. If applicable, production times will be displayed on the product page.
If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized products, they may be shipped together once all items are ready.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are generally delivered without additional customs charges.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom or the United States, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges may apply depending on local regulations.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
If a shipment is refused because customs charges are not paid, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Delays
While we always do our best to deliver orders on time, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as:
• Shipping carrier delays
• Customs inspections
• Severe weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Transportation disruptions

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to help investigate the shipment.
